Online purchases made through Urfuturceo.com are valid for a return/refund within 30 days from the ship date. UrFuturCeo offers exchanges only on different sizes of the original style(s) purchased. All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags attached. It can take up to 3-5 business days from when we receive the item(s) to process your return. We will NOT accept items with unnecessary dirt, stains, hair, etc. You will be notified through email when the refund has been processed.  Final sale items are NOT eligible for return or exchange.  A $5.00 fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of return shipping.

Please note: shipping costs and additional promo codes will NOT be refunded. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition or outside of the 30-day return policy, we reserve the right to NOT refund you.
