RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

What is your Return & Exchange policy?

Online purchases made through urfuturceo.com are valid for a return/refund within 30 days from the ship date. UrFuturceo offers exchanges only on different sizes of the original style(s) purchased if the item is defective or damaged. All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags attached. It can take up to 3-5 business days from when we receive the item(s) to process your return. We will NOT accept items with unnecessary dirt, stains, hair, etc. You will be notified through email when the refund has been processed.  Final sale items are NOT eligible for return or exchange.  A $5.00 fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of return shipping.

Please note, shipping costs and additional promo codes will NOT be refunded. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition or outside of the 30-day return policy, we reserve the right not to refund you. If you want these items returned to you, we ask that you cover the delivery cost.

Where do you ship?

Currently we only ship to addresses in the United States. 

ORDER

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If you don’t receive an email, check your Spam folder and add UrfuturCeo@gmail.com to your safe sender list. You can also check your order status by logging into your account. Please note that tracking can take up to 48 hours to update after an order is shipped.

Can I cancel my online order?

Please email us at Urfuturceo@gmail.com or fill out the contact us form located here:  https://urfuturceo.com/contact-us/ with any questions about canceling an order.  Please include the order number and email used during the order.

NOTE:  ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED WE ARE NOT ABLE TO CANCEL THE ORDER.

ALSO NOTE URFUTURCEO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE IF INCORRECT INFORMATION IS ENTERED DURING THE ORDERING OR CHECKOUT PROCESS.

How can I pay for my order?

UrFuturCeo will gladly accept payment by Paypal, Apple Pay, all major credit/debit cards such as Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.  We also accept Crypto.  We do not accept money orders, Checks, C.O.D., or Bill me later options.

Note when paying with Crypto:  It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the amount paid via the select crypto currencies we accept is in line with the exchange rates provided by our cryptocurrency provider, Coinbase Commerce.

UrFuturCeo will NOT cover fees involved with return payments due to over, or under payments caused by inaccurate crypto transfers that do not align with the exchange rates provided by Coinbase Commerce. 

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE CORRECT AMOUNT OF CRYPTO BEFORE USING CRYPTO AS A FORM OF PAYMENT DURING CHECKOUT.

How many promo codes can be applied to an order?

Only ONE promo code is allowed per order.
